Shall Section 5.08 of Article V of the Charter of the City of Stafford, Texas
which provides for the notification and qualifications of City officers, be
amended to allow an officer elected or appointed in accordance with the
Charter to take office and begin his or her duties immediately after taking the
Oath of Office.

Shall Section 10.15(a) of Article X of the Charter of the City of Stafford, Texas
which provides for the appointment of the Charter Review Commission, be
amended to allow the City Council to appoint a Charter Review Commission of
four (4) or more qualified voters of the City.
