The 2010 SD Conventions are approaching fast and I am pleased to announce that Governor Rick Perry will be the keynote speaker at this year's Harris County Republican Senate District Convention Forum scheduled for 12:30 p.m. on March 20th at Grace Community Church located at 14505 Gulf Freeway, Houston, TX 77034. Delegates from all over Harris County will converge on Grace Community Church this Saturday where all seven conventions in Harris County will be held. Click here to view the SD Convention Facility Layout Map.

The details for the conventions are as follow:

For Senate Districts 6, 13 and 15, registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. with call to order at 9:00 a.m. Senate Districts 4, 7, 11 and 17 will begin registration at 9:00 a.m. and call to order at 10:00 a.m. Conventions, at the discretion of the Senate District Convention Chairman, will break for lunch at around 12:00 noon so that delegates and alternates may pick up their box lunch and attend the joint forum.

Box lunches may be purchased for $10 each and must be reserved in advance online by going to www.harriscountygop.com/sd.asp

Nearly 3,000 delegates and alternates were elected to attend this year's Senate District Conventions, which tells me that our Party is alive, growing and preparing for an overwhelming victory in November!
