Judge Linda Storey
Harris County Civil Court-at-Law No. 3

Judge Linda Storey, a lifelong Houston resident and fifth-generation native Texan, was elected to preside in Harris County Civil Court-at-Law No. 3 in 2006. In 2010, she will be seeking her second term. Judge Storey is a graduate of St. Agnes Academy, the University of Texas, and South Texas College of Law where she was an editor on Law Review, Order of the Lytae, and Magister of the honors legal fraternity Phi Delta Phi. Before being elected to the bench, Judge Storey spent five years in the private practice of law, then eight years with the office of the Harris County Attorney. Judge Storey is a member of Palmer Memorial Episcopal Church, Memorial West Republican Women’s Club, and Houston Professional Republican Women. Judge Storey and her active two-year old son, Brendan, live in Spring Branch, and he is currently enrolled in the Cathedral House Montessori School in downtown Houston.
