Proposition A

Vote YES.

This proposition will allow three council members to put something on the agenda without the approval of the Mayor, which will help conservative council members get their goals on the agenda without having district projects held hostage.

Proposition B

Vote NO.

This proposition is trying to increase the voting strength of Houston/Harris County on the Houston-Galveston Area Council at the expense of smaller cities. If this proposition passes, it will allow Houston/Galveston to use their new voting strength to block transportation projects and expansions.
