A voice for Conservatism on Houston airwaves goes silent.
Matt Patrick, a longtime fixture in Houston Conservative talk radio has passed away after a lengthy battle with cancer. Patrick was known for his positive attitude and spirited debates on air in Houston, weighing in on a wide array of issues. His KTRH colleagues called him "a true conservative" in a statement on Sunday; "As a veteran of radio, he delivered award-winning broadcasts year after year that embody the very foundation on which our country was founded: God, guns, country. Matt deeply believed in protecting and defending the Constitution and all that it stands for just as our Founding Fathers would have wanted and expected."
Memorial services are scheduled for Thursday 7/13 10 am - 1 pm at Second Baptist Church - West Campus 19449 Katy Freeway, Katy, Texas 77449
