The Military Partnership Committee: The responsibilities of the Military Partnership Committee shall be to interface with military personnel and the families of military personnel from the Army, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, Merchant Marines, Texas National Guard, Texas State Guard, and all United States based military branch reserves. The committee will work to strengthen relationships between the Republican Party and Republican candidates with military personnel and veterans of military service. The scope of the committee's work shall include, but not be limited to, voter registration, voter education and the promotion of the use of ballots by mail for eligible military personnel and their families. The committee shall elect its chairman from among its membership. All committee members shall be Honorably Discharged veterans, widows and widowers and persons related to the same through the first degree of consanguinity or affinity.
